is the brainchild of Beverly Marcus, a savvy entrepreneur and marketing wizard who has successfully launched beauty brands sold in over 700 independent boutiques in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan and major retailers such as Henri Bendel, Fred Segal, Sephora, ULTA and Pure Beauty. One of the secrets of her success has been cost-effective in-house guerilla marketing campaigns. The media raved and her products were soon spotted everywhere from The View to Lucky magazine. This exposure opened doors and increased sales.

"I founded LookBook Media to provide affordable strategic marketing opportunities for small companies. I believe quality brands merit recognition, even if they cannot afford traditional PR services or a national advertising campaign. It simply should not be so difficult, should not require so much research, for consumers, the media and buyers to discover outstanding independent and smaller brands. Small companies unable to get press on their own should not suffer a "failure to launch" simply because they are priced out of the traditional PR market and cannot afford to advertise. Our unique approach helps these neglected brands catch the attention of the media and key buyers."

Goldy Rosenberg

A published author, seasoned public relations executive and former trade show manager, Goldy Rosenberg leads the team of LookBook public relations specialists in garnering media and buyer attention for your product. Having written for the media as a journalist, and having garnered major media attention for clients, including spots on television, radio, magazine print and local tabloids, Goldy understands both sides of the media equation and knows exactly what draws editors and writers to a product or service.

As publicist at IMC, a public relations firm in Manhattan, she was assigned diverse accounts due to her versatility and her grasp of how to tailor promotional events to the needs of the clients and the interest of the audiences. As part of her assignments, Goldy showcased a foreign government, was show manager for several cultural venues, provided publicity for a major cosmetic company and defined and promoted the public image of several humanitarian organizations.

As a freelance publicist, Goldy has devised publicity campaigns for clients running the gamut from small non-profits to huge corporate for-profit companies. In each instance, the tailoring of the campaign to ensure the right media attention was garnered, has made her public relations work be noticed. "Joining LookBook was a natural," explains Goldy, "since the focus of our endeavors here is to do what I do, which is promote companies, but do it in a manner that doesn't hurt their budgets."
